When It Rains It Pours

I am currently sitting in the parking lot of my husband's job. We rode together today to save money on gas. AFTER getting gas, my truck started doing something weird. It wasn't bad so I dropped JT off, started down the street and turned back around. It was bad. JT turns it off, turns it back on and it's fine until he goes in the building to work. I could barely get it up the hill. It's my transmission and my first day at my new job.

Right now I am waiting on his Granny to bring me our red truck (she drives it but it's ours) so I can make it to work and I hope she gets here soon and it has gas in it. His uncle is bringing a 16' flatbed trailer to haul my SUV home on and he is trying to see if his grind still has a Tahoe transmission. It pays to know lots of mechanics. The timing could not be worse.

I'm starting a new job today. We are already down a truck, a Dodge Dakota and that could be the engine. JT has his bike but it's kind of hard to tote 6 kids and a wife on a motorcycle. My truck is the only one that fits all of us. So here we are living with the inlaws and all the vehicles are breaking down.

I just pray the transmission is there, can go in this week and we can be back to normal
